Difficult or Restricted Access
Please advise us before collection if a vehicle is located:
- In an underground car park
- Behind locked gates
- In a narrow driveway
- On soft or unstable ground
- In a confined space
- On private property with restricted access
- In an area with height or weight restrictions
- In another location that may make vehicle removal difficult
Failure to disclose significant access restrictions may result in the collection being rescheduled or declined.
Vehicle Condition
You must disclose any known condition that may materially affect safe collection or vehicle valuation.

Payment for Vehicles
AH Car Removal agrees to purchase your vehicle, the agreed payment method and amount will be confirmed as part of the transaction.
Payment may be made using an available and agreed payment method in accordance with applicable requirements.
The amount payable may depend on verification of:

- Vehicle condition
- Ownership
- Vehicle completeness
- Information provided during the quoting process
You should confirm the final agreed amount before completing the vehicle sale.
Free Car Removal
Where free vehicle collection is offered, it applies subject to the agreed booking conditions, vehicle location and accessibility.
If unusual circumstances create additional collection requirements that were not disclosed when the booking was made, we may discuss available options with you before proceeding.
No unexpected charge should be assumed unless it has been explained and agreed before the relevant service proceeds.
Cancellation of Vehicle Collection
If you need to cancel or change a vehicle collection, please contact us as early as possible.
We may cancel or reschedule a booking where:
